Crema/Cream.

Chox is a chocolate cream with water, it is light and low-fat, so it can be eaten by itself, without bread. You can also eat Chox with bread of course, or any other sweet or savoury food with a similar aromatic quality.

Blending chocolate with water isn’t easy, but it’s the best solution in order to enjoy at best the aromatic qualities of chocolate and to have a real cream, that is healthy, low-calorie and non-sticky.

There’s only one prerequisite: the chocolate must be fine, with an exquisite aroma and a smooth texture.

CHOX chose to use only the excellent Domori chocolate and found an innovative way to mix it just with water, without the addition of fats, whether natural or hydrogenated.

CHOX creams do not contain any preservatives, therefore they are fresh products. In order to keep its aroma intact, it’s recommended to keep CHOX in the fridge at a temperature between 3 and 8 degrees.

 

 

CREMA DARK/ DARK CREAM

A chocolate cream for experts and hardcore dark chocolate fans. This creams contains very little sugar, no milk and is gluten-free.

There’s also a bit of olive oil, that gives this product an unique texture.

Ingredients: Domori Arriba chocolate 53% (cocoa min. 62%, Arriba cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), Lurisia mineral water, cane sugar, Mate extra virgin olive oil.

CREMA COFFEE/COFFEE CREAM

A variation on our dark cream, with a drop of Illy coffee. This combination is a match made in heaven. Try it hot in winter, or cold throughout the year.

Ingredients: Domori Arriba chocolate 51% (cocoa min. 62%, Arriba cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), Lurisia mineral water, Illy coffee extract, cane sugar, Mate extra virgin olive oil.

Great throughout the year, hot or cold – just like coffee…

CREMA SOFT/SOFT CREAM

 We’ve added a touch of white chocolate to the Arriba in this cream, in order to soften a bit the flavour. This product will surely be loved by children, not to mention by milk chocolate “ChocoHolics”!

Ingredients: Domori Arriba chocolate 37% (cocoa min. 62%, Arriba cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), white chocolate 13% (cane sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, vanilla. Emulsifier: soya lecithin) Lurisia mineral water, cane sugar.

HOT CHOX

A chocolate cream that is meant to be tasted in form of a cup of hot chocolate. Surprisingly free from dairy or thickeners.

Ingredients: Domori Arriba chocolate 47.7% (cocoa min. 62%, Arriba cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), Lurisia mineral water, cane sugar, Mate extra virgin olive oil, Pirano sea salt.

Heart-warmingly hot.

CREMA JASMIN/JASMINE CREAM

This cream is a nod to the Italian tradition of chocolate, precisely to the moment of its introduction to the country, in the 17th century. It was Francesco Redi the one who tried first to accompany Arriba chocolate with jasmine green tea, creating a lasting taste experience that, to this day, hasn’t ceased to amaze us.

Ingredients: Domori Arriba chocolate (cocoa min. 62%, Arriba cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), Jasmine Chung Hao Dammann tea infusion, cane sugar, Mate extra virgin olive oil.

CREMA GREY/GREY CREAM

We’ve brought together Arriba chocolate and a much-loved black tea, the Earl Grey Yun Zhen, which is characterised by silver linings, petals and essential Bergamot oil from Calabria.
